Our 12-month guarantee keeps us accountable and signals to the candidates that we have long-term intentions.
We charge the market average 20% with a significantly better service and guarantee.
This is payable in three installments:
- 10-30% at the start of the search
- Half of the remainder once you sign the successful candidate
- The other half of the remainder after they've been with you for a month
For high-value searches, the payment can be stretched out to up to 6 months.
About 50% of our hires are based in the US and 50% in the rest of the world, primarily Europe and Latin America.
